Inside Sales Representative
Reports to: Operations Manager

Position Mission:
As an Inside Sales Representative, this role will have the opportunity to create an impact on D&D NAPA, Inc. retail store impacting growth, sales/profit, and inventory turnover quota to help the company achieve optimum return on investments. The Inside Sales Representative will directly support all D&D NAPA, Inc. store locations and Outside Sales Representatives. The Inside Sales Representative will provide direct support for all sales programs, sales promotions and required store information for all D&D NAPA, Inc. locations and team members. This role will also support new account setup, pricing profile maintenance, and MI registrations.
Compensation:
Hourly, Overtime Non-Exempt, Time and a half overtime pay worked over 40 hours. Hourly Wage Range: $18.00 to $22.00
Essential Roles and Responsibilities Overview:

Email bulletins, sales promotions, and other program information to all D&D NAPA, Inc. retail stores

Track all rebate information, verifying timely and full recovery

Assist in New Account setup for all D&D NAPA, Inc. retail store locations

Maintain all MI Registrations, this includes new registration setup and current registration maintenance

Lead sourcing for Outside Sales Representatives

Lead sourcing for all D&D NAPA, Inc. retail store locations

Assist each D&D NAPA, Inc. retail store in sourcing hard to find items
-
Prepare required monthly reporting duties for all accounts while verifying data is accurate

Prepare ad-hoc business reports and verify data is correctly applied and coded

Build and maintain relationships with team members you are supporting

Perform other duties as assigned and define

Support the creation of a superior customer service experience to achieve maximum market penetration, drive store growth, increase sales and profitability

Partner with store employees and other store managers in order to drive company owned store initiatives

Support a successful team, support the store employees, and lead in a fast-paced retail store

Support D&D NAPA operational and marketing programs while steering toward continuous improvement in processes and procedures

Grow customer and D&D NAPA, Inc. retail store relationships, assisting where needed to assure a positive experience both in the store and on the phone
Requirements / Qualifications Overview:

High school diploma or equivalent

Sales driven and customer focused. Strong Sales / Sales Support / Customer Service experience along with dealing with the public is required (1-2 years Automotive Retail Parts)

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and leverage technology to communicate and be effective

Effective written/verbal communication skills and strong analytical/problem solving skills; written, verbal, and presentation along with active listening

Ideal candidate should excel at managing multiple tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines

Must be adaptable, resourceful, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
