Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts & Service Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing spare parts and field service requests, creating spare part lists for existing system projects, and proactively growing the spare parts and service side of the business. This position requires excellent organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Quoting and Estimating

Prepare accurate quotes and estimates for spare parts and services based on customer requests.

Ensure pricing aligns with company standards and project requirements.
Spare Parts Management

Handle incoming requests for spare parts for existing and legacy projects.

Develop and maintain comprehensive spare part lists for systems and projects.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
Field Service Coordination

Schedule field service resources for installations, troubleshooting, retrofitting, and other technical needs.

Ensure field service technicians are equipped with the necessary documentation and tools for successful project execution.

Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and field service teams.
Business Development

Actively seek opportunities to expand the spare parts and service business by identifying potential customers and developing targeted outreach strategies.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and provide technical documentation, quotes, and project proposals to customer

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service requests in the company’s CRM system.

Provide regular reports on sales performance and business development activities.
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in parts and service sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Ability to travel occasionally to meet with customers and attend industry events.
