SHANE DITTRICH

President / CEO

As the visionary of the IIG family of companies, Shane has over 30 years entrepreneurial experience across a diverse platform of operating entities. Throughout the course of his career, Shane has developed a portfolio of over 35 successful operating entities. He prides himself on establishing and maintaining long term mutually beneficial relationships with customers, employees and suppliers. Shane balances a tradition of operating excellence while creating new methods to increase sales, quality and production while continually improving the customer experience.

BOB MILLER

CFO / Chief Strategy Officer

Bob is the Chief Financial Office and Chief Strategy Officer for the IIG portfolio of companies. He brings over 30 years of experience in Industrial Manufacturing, Finance and Operations to the group. Bob holds a Bachelors degree in Corporate Finance from Northern Illinois University as well as a MBA from Aurora University.

TROY KRUMWIEDE

Director of Design & New Business Development

Troy leads IIG in sales, customer development, and collaboration, specializing in cost-out opportunities through improved product design and manufacturing processes. Troy has been with the company for over 30 years and has an extensive background in Tool & Die making having completed his Apprenticeship through the U.S. Department of Labor along with a Technical Degree from Kankakee Area Community College.

Cole Dittrich

Controller

Cole is the Controller for the IIG portfolio of companies. As the 4th generation Dittrich within the family business, Cole has developed a great respect for the company’s heritage as well as an appreciation for the opportunity to have a front row seat to the operations of the business throughout the years. Cole holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting as well as a Master’s degree in Accounting, both from Northern Illinois University.

JERRY COOPER

Chief Operating Officer
Jerry Cooper is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial advisory, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and operations leadership. He has served as COO, CRO, CFO, and CEO for companies across various industries, driving EBITDA improvements, cost reductions, and operational efficiencies. With a strong background in lean manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and executive leadership, he has successfully transformed organizations in various industries across the manufacturing, distribution, and services sectors. Jerry holds advanced degrees in business and engineering. A U.S. Navy veteran, he brings disciplined leadership and strategic insight to every role.
Joel Franks

Joel Franks

Chief Marketing Officer

Joel Franks is a results-driven marketing executive who brings over 30 years of experience to Iroquois Industrial Group, helping build brands, drive revenue, and lead strategic marketing initiatives. As the Chief Marketing Officer, he oversees marketing efforts across multiple IIG brands, ensuring strong market positioning and high-quality lead generation. With expertise in both traditional and digital marketing, Joel has successfully developed and managed multiple revenue streams, integrating in-person and online delivery models to propel business growth. His skill set includes SEO, PPC, content strategy, and data-driven marketing solutions, allowing him to strengthen IIG’s brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and drive measurable growth across its portfolio of companies.


 

CHRIS MEREDITH

IT Manager

Chris Meredith has been an integral part of the Iroquois Industrial Group (IIG) since 2011. A 1997 graduate of Watseka Community High School, Chris has been immersed in the IT field since then. He even owned his own computer company before joining the IIG family. Chris is passionate about his role at IIG, where he enjoys interacting with various companies and industries that the group supports. He thrives on working behind the scenes, ensuring that IT serves as a valuable tool for the organization.

Lisa Slagh

LISA SLAGH

Administrative Coordinator
Lisa Slagh serves as the Administrative Coordinator for Iroquois Industrial Group and the Office/Accounting Administrator for C&L. With nine years of dedicated experience at C&L/IIG, she plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across both administrative and financial functions.
 
Lisa thrives in a collaborative environment and values the strong relationships she has built with her colleagues. She appreciates the supportive leadership team and the dynamic workplace culture that fosters both professional growth and teamwork. Her commitment to efficiency and organization makes her an integral part of the company’s success.
 

SAMANTHA SANSONE

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Samantha Sansone is the Accounts Receivable Specialist for the Iroquois Industrial Group (IIG) portfolio of companies. She has been a dedicated member of the IIG Team since January 1st, 2023, bringing efficiency and organization to the company’s financial operations. With a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills, Sam ensures smooth and accurate account management.

Alonna Eades

Accounts Payable

Alonna Eades has joined the Iroquois Industrial Group (IIG) as an Accounts Payable professional, bringing with her 15 years of experience in top tier customer service, following her tenure at T & D Metal Products.  During her 15 years, Alonna worked with a diverse range of customers, honing her organizational skills and developing a keen ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of issues on a daily basis.  She enjoys working with customers and welcomes the daily challenges of this role with enthusiasm and professionalism.
