Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Overview
Iroquois Industrial Group is hiring two Social Media Coordinators to support our growing portfolio of brands and divisions. These roles work directly with the CMO to plan, create, and publish content across multiple social platforms, helping shape the voice and presence of every IIG brand.
What You’ll Do
- Create, manage, and publish daily/weekly content across all major social media platforms for all IIG brands.
- Build, maintain, and manage a strategic social media calendar based on company initiatives, product launches, events, and campaigns.
- Use tools like VistaSocial, Meta Business Suite, TikTok tools, LinkedIn scheduling, and other social media management software to schedule and optimize posts.
- Collaborate with the CMO on messaging, creative ideas, and brand direction.
- Capture and edit photos/videos as needed for content.
- Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and provide insights for improvement.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing, communication, and visual storytelling abilities.
- Experience with VistaSocial or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, juggle multiple brands, and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or video editing software is helpful but not required.
Compensation
- 55k-65k (based on experience)
- Full-time on-site positions in Savannah, TN or Watseka, IL.
