Position Mission:
As the Office Manager, this highly organized and detail-oriented individual will play a key role in driving operational excellence across D&D NAPA, Inc.’s retail locations. The position directly contributes to business growth by supporting initiatives that impact sales, profitability, and inventory turnover, ultimately helping the company maximize its return on investment. The Office Manager oversees all administrative functions in alignment with local, state, and company regulations, while also supporting business development and customer service efforts. This role serves as a central point of support for the D&D NAPA, Inc. leadership team and all company sites, including retail stores and the distribution center.
Compensation:
Exempt Salary Range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year based on experience and/or qualifications

Essential Roles and Responsibilities Overview:
Administrative Functions:
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations, including inventory of supplies, vendor management, facility maintenance, and scheduling.
- Oversee administrative support functions such as data entry, filing, handling correspondence, and maintaining an organized and professional workspace.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company meetings, safety training, and internal events.
Human Resource & Compliance:
- Support HR functions including new employee onboarding, payroll administration, timekeeping oversight, and maintaining accurate and confidential personnel records.
- Maintain employee files in compliance with federal, state, and company standards for recordkeeping, documentation, and retention.
- Facilitate internal communications related to HR programs such as open enrollment, surveys, recognition programs, and employee engagement events.
Accounting Support:
- Work closely with external accounting firms to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Support accounts payable processes including invoice review, check runs, and vendor ACH transactions.
- Oversee accounts receivable, including monitoring outstanding invoices and initiating collection efforts as needed.
- Perform account reconciliations and provide administrative assistance in budget tracking and reporting.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting purposes.vironment.
Customer Service & Sales Support:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external individuals, promoting a positive image of the organization.
- Partner with store managers to support business planning, product performance, and sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, addressing inquiries or concerns with professionalism and urgency.
General:
- Perform other duties as assigned by management in support of organizational needs.
- Ensure that the office environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
Requirements / Qualifications Overview:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Sales driven and customer focused.
- Strong Office Management / HR experience along with dealing with the public is required. (1–2 years’ experience in automotive retail parts industry preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and payroll/timekeeping software.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, in alignment with D&D NAPA Inc. dress code and standards.
